Frame deformation from poly hybrids
Question:
I have a question in reference to your article on polyester strings in the December issue. Taking into account the higher initial tension loss of polyester compared to nylon, wouldn't a hybrid of these two strings require a higher tension on the polyester mains in order to avoid frame damage? If so, how much?
