Constant pull tension vs. lockout tension
Question:
I have a Prince Neos 1000 stringing machine with a 2086 ETH (Electronic Tension Head). The guy I bought it from said that he felt that reducing the tension by two pounds was accurate when converting from frames that were strung on a manual, spring loaded machine.
I have also heard that there is a "10%" rule out there where you would convert the tension by 10%. Which one is correct?
